I don't work for Billings Clinic. Can I still learn and earn credit?

Absolutely!  You will need a Billings Clinic CloudCME portal account.  Sign up is free and easy.  Full instructions for account creation are available here.

  1. To begin, click on the large Billings Clinic Logo at the top left of the page.
  2. Click "Sign In" in the purple banner bar or "Sign Up Now" button.
  3. Learners not employed by Billings Clinic are guest users and will sign in using an email and password using the option highlighted in green below.
  4. Once clicked, new options will appear in the gray box area. After creating your account, you can claim credit using one of the options in the next section.
  • Returning guest users will use the option in the blue box to log back into their account.
  • New guest users will use the option in the green box to create their account.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please use the option in the red box. The portal will send a system generated email to you to reset your password. If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your junk/spam folder. This email is time sensitive.

 

How to Claim Credit for activities:

Please note, attendance can only be recorded up to 1 hour prior to the activity start time, during the activity, and up to 72 hours after the activity ends.

CME credit can be claimed by utilizing one of the methods below. These instructions are also available via this handout.

  1.  CloudCME web portal - Log in then click on 'My CME' in the purple banner bar. Next click on 'Claim Credit" and enter the 4-digit code supplied by the activity coordinator.
  2.  Scan QR Code in Mobile App – Download the CloudCME® mobile app from the Apple or Android app store. The organizational code is "BillingsClinic". Click 'Scan a QR code', allow camera access and scan the QR code provided by the activity coordinator.
  3. Enter Code in Mobile App – Download the CloudCME® mobile app from the Apple or Android app store.  The organizational code is "BillingsClinic".  Select the 'Claim Credit' menu item then enter the 4-digit code provided by the activity coordinator.
  4. SMS text message – Set up text-in attendance first. Once set up, you can text-in the 4 digit code provided by the activity coordinator. Your mobile phone number must be the primary phone number on your profile.
  • If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account.  Text your email address to: (833) 664-1880 to opt-in to the text message attendance program.  You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated.  Once your account is paired to your mobile number and you have obtained the event code, send the code via text to: (833) 664-1880.
