1. Review the underlying hormonal and metabolic mechanisms of Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) and their impact on acne, hirsutism, alopecia, and other cutaneous manifestations.
2. Identify key clinical clues that should prompt dermatologists to screen for PMOS and associated comorbidities, including insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.
3. Apply evidence-based medical and procedural treatment strategies for the dermatologic manifestations of PMOS while integrating multidisciplinary care approaches.
