Registration

Event Registration fees includes CME credit, program materials, refreshments, and lunch.

  • Physician: $175.00

  • APP (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner): $175.00

  • Nursing professionals (RN, LPN, CNA, MA): $110.00

  • Other allied health professionals (EMT, CT tech, Rad tech, PT, OT, PharmD, etc.): $110.00

  • Students (nursing, medical, pharmacy, or residents): $0.00 (free)

  • In-person attendance - February 9, 2026 at 11:30 pm MST.

  • Virtual attendance - February 12, 2026 at 12:00 (noon) MST.

Cancellations received in writing before January 13, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing on or between January 13 and February 2, 2026 will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received on or after February 3, 2026.  Please send cancellation requests to the Billings Clinic CME division at [email protected].
