This conference takes place in person each month and provides peer review and presentation of trauma cases involving mortality, complications, and opportunities for education. Presentations of all cases are focused on the improvement in process and outcome of the injured patient at Billings Clinic. Evidence-based literature and studies are used to compare levels of trauma care with national standards, implement new clinical pathways, and design process improvement measures.

ABS/ABTS CME Credit
Successful completion of this CME activity, enables the learner to earn up to:
 - 1 CC credits toward the CME requirement(s) of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program.
 - 1 MOC credit toward the American Board of Thoracic Surgery’s Maintenance of Certification program.

It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS CC or ABTS credit.

Credit equivalencies for non-physician learners:
Generally, CME activities that are designed for physician learners are accepted by other non-physician certifying boards and licensing bodies such as the AAPA, ANCC, Montana Board of Nursing, Montana Board of Pharmacy, and others.
