Overview
The focus of this course is the complicated field of neuroscience, and this weekly Peer Review conference addresses care of these complex patients through both prospective and retrospective case discussion, including specialists in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neuroradiology, and general Radiology. All specialists in these departments may present individual cases for evaluation and discussion. This case conference allows for a multidisciplinary discussion of past, present, and future management of patients with challenging neurologic conditions or injuries. Pertinent radiological findings are also reviewed and evaluated.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. 1. Identify patients at risk for neurologic diseases, injuries and stroke.
  2. 2. Discuss appropriate imaging modalities for the diagnosis and monitoring of these disorders.
  3. 3. Utilize clinical practice guidelines to manage and optimize care.
